NTPA to Washoe: You must deny permit for Resort At Tahoe
In yet another example of a developer running roughshod over the communities at the north shore, the Resort At Tahoe & Residences (RATR) is set to break ground this month. It will close off one of only four roads out of Crystal Bay, destroy many acres of land, including removal of all trees, and cause traffic jams, noise, and pollution for years. This document is what NTPA sent to Washoe County, detailing the many problems with this huge, out-of-scale new project at the Biltmore property.
