On Tuesday night at 9 pm the Washoe County Planning Commission unanimously approved changing  the zoning of the entire Incline Village Town Center to allow airspace condominiums at the request of the owner of 947 Tahoe Blvd.   This wasn’t just for the 947 Tahoe Blvd. parcel; it was for the entire town center.  There was no prior public process, Citizen’s Advisory Board hearing, or workshops to inform the public.  Look forward to the further condominiumization of Incline Village.  One more reason we need to split from Washoe County?  If you are concerned contact North Tahoe Preservation Alliance..preserve@ntpac.org.
