Comment on Placer County’s proposal to further significantly amend their Tahoe Basin Area Plan (TBAP), which guides development from Stateline to Tahoma.


 

WE ARE LOSING TAHOE ONE AREA PLAN AMENDMENT AT A TIME.  The TRPA and County maintain this will fix the “housing crisis”. But it’s an early Christmas present to developers.  What we need is workforce housing, not more luxury condos.

I know NTPA asks you to do a lot, but this is really KEY.
