EKN Tahoe LLC, the new developer of Boulder Bay, is holding a virtual meeting on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM.

This meeting will be conducted by EKN and is intended to provide an opportunity to present the project to the neighboring property owners and to answer questions.  We’re hopeful that in a short 45-minute meeting, the developer can provide the community with project details. For example:

• What are the uses of the entire project (e.g., retail, condos, et al.)
• How many units will there be?
• How many and how tall will the structures be?
• What are the accesses from SR 28, Lakeview Ave. and Stateline Rd.?
• Where will the underground parking be located and how many spaces will be provided?
• What will be the onsite population?
• What will the traffic impacts be, both during and after construction?
• Why is it necessary to take Wassou Rd. without an adequate substitute?
• Why is it necessary to put a stockpile area on the park?
